Work with potential customers on Binder-Jet 3D printing technology and guide them on design for manufacture process. Deliver on Binder-Jet 3D applications for customers. Design change issues with customers and evaluate quality issues to arrive at relevant corrective actions. Fine tune printing parameters for Binder-Jet 3D printing processes. Identify failure modes in the printing process and design experiments to optimize printing parameters for customer applications. Manage technical interactions with equipment provider and develop equipment design improvements. Develop de-powdering process and automate de-powdering process with vendor. Develop sintering parameters for Binder-Jet 3D applications. Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. Advance other relevant 3D printing processes for metals and ceramics. Promote Binder-Jet 3D printing technology and participate in relevant trade shows. Solicit new business for Binder-Jet 3D printing technology.
